Huawei brand Honor on Wednesday announced a price reduction on the Honor 8 Lite (review) smartphone. Launched in May of this year, the price of the smartphone is Rs. 17.999. Today, the price of Honor 8 Lite in India is Rs. 15.999. The smartphone is available in the colors Black and Blue variants.
As we said, the Honor 8 Lite was launched in May. A highlight of the smartphone is the presence of EMUI 5.0, based on Android 7.0 Nougat, which is praised for its intelligent functions.
The Honor 8 Lite smartphone with two SIM cards has a 5.2-inch full HD (1080x1920 pixels) screen with 2.5D curved glass protection. It is powered by the internal Kirin 655 octa-core SoC (4 core clocks at 2.1 GHz, four clocks at 1.7GHz) combined with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone offers 64 GB internal memory with the possibility to expand it further via a microSD card (up to 128 GB).
Like optics, Honor 8 Lite has a 12-megapixel camera with f / 2.2 aperture and autofocus. At the front is an 8-megapixel selfie camera and a 77-degree wide-angle lens. Connectivity options have 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, Micro USB 2.0 with USB OTG and Bluetooth v4.1. The smartphone is full of a 3000mAh battery. The smartphone weighs 147 grams and measures 147.2x72.94x7.6mm.
We have checked the Honor 8 Lite and found that it stands for its glass design. It has a camera capability and while the Kirin processor performs the task well, it stumbles a bit when it comes to heavy tasks such as playing. However, if the battery life and fast charging are very important to you, you can search elsewhere.
