Xiaomi Mi 7 Price and Specs

Xiaomi is expected to launch its next Mi flagship, the sequel to Mi 6 in the first half of 2017. But months ahead of its formal release date, the first rumors of the smartphone, which are likely to be called Mi 7, appeared. The new smartphone is expected to have an bezel-less display and dual-camera setup to counter new offers like OnePlus 5T and iPhone X.

Chinese site MyDrivers reports that Mi 7 wants a 6.01 inch OLED screen - made by Samsung. This is a significant update over Mi 6, which was debuted earlier this year with a 5.15 inch full HD fullscreen (1080x1920 pixels). The new Xiaomi flagship is also rumored to have Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 SoC, which could be revealed next month.

Although some future flagships are set to turn on iPhone X with face recognition features, Xiaomi is said to be separate in the competition. The company can use something similar to Apple's Face ID on its future models, but not on Mi 7 - as per. Latest reputation.

Although it does not favor the Face Detection feature of iPhone X, Xiaomi seems to use the new iPhone as a reference to Mi 7 design. The handset is therefore said to have two rear-facing camera sensors with 16 megapixel resolution. One of them will have a lens with f / 1.7 aperture. Xiaomi could add features like portrait mode with enhanced Bokeh effect and optical zoom using the twin camera system.

Xiaomi Mi 7 is said to have 6 GB RAM and 3350 mAh battery, similar to the original Mi 6 model. Also, there is a bezel-less smartphone, the next generation Mi handset is smoked to have a fingerprint scanner on the back.

In particular, Mi 7 will not be the first smartphone of Xiaomi to have minimal bezels. The Chinese company already developed Mi MIX and Mi MIX 2 earlier, which set a benchmark for various other full-screen smartphones. But unlike the Mi MIX Series, which cultivates a ceramic back, the Mi 6 sequel claims to have a glass panel. This would allow wireless charging on the new smartphone.

The Chinese report emphasizes that Mi 7 will sell in China at a price of CN 2.699 (about Rs. 26,600). In comparison, Mi 6 was launched in China on CN 2.499 (about Rs. 24,600) with 64 GB of storage and 6 GB of RAM.
